The aim of this programme is to empower youth, provide skills training and expand their potential, giving them encouragement and hope. This programme is focused on building confidence in young people to prepare them to succeed in their future careers. To work for the improvement of the lives of children, young people and women from disadvantaged backgrounds through information sharing, training, research, education and innovative early interventions; bridging the gap between theory, policy and practice. By looking to mentorship, education, up-skilling and storytelling, we are preparing women and girls to effectively use technology in impactful and innovative ways, as well as to confidently deploy their voices to make a change. Empowering one woman in many communities spurs the broader empowerment of entire communities
