The mission of RAEN is to increase community awareness and acceptance of people with disabilities, by promoting employment opportunities for qualified candidates, educating businesses on the array of services available in the Rochester area and enhancing the professional development of its members and employers at large. RAEN works with individuals with all types of disabilities (physical, mental, emotional) and all skill levels from entry level to those who have advanced degrees. The jobs are competitive, community based jobs, not sheltered workshops.
