What started as a vision to create a calming mural sensory wellness space for students has become a vibrant overhaul of the school library, the addition of a teacher’s lounge, and an immersive mural at Ruby Van Meter School. From the first paint day with support from Art Advocates to tomorrow’s unveiling—we’re so proud to celebrate the new mural and sensory wellness space at Ruby Van Meter School. 🎨🧠 Ruby Van Meter serves students with significant intellectual disabilities and a wide range of additional needs, including physical, emotional, behavioral, and complex health and communication challenges.
