WIT exists to give passionate women in our community an inviting retreat-like workspace to feel comf ONE i/e strives to create equity through small business ownership. We develop relationships and unify disparate elements of a prosperous startup ecosystem through education, mentorship, advocacy, community building, and research. Each entrepreneur will have the necessary tools and connections to thrive for the benefit of themselves and their community. As a non-profit entrepreneurship organization founded in a microcosm of Main Street America, our mission is to offer the best opportunity for entrepreneurial success for our students and community members. Our goal is to see startup companies get into revenue, obtain investment, scale, create jobs, and generate community economic development.
