TO PROVIDE DEVELOPMENTALLY DISABLED ADULTS WITH A HOUSING FACILITY AND SERVICES SPECIFICALLY DESIGNED TO MEET THEIR PHYSICAL, SOCIAL AND PSYCHOLOGICAL NEEDS.
