NLPOA MN-Chapter members built bridges between LE and their communities while working to reduce neighborhood tensions though awareness programs. Promotes equality and professionalism of the criminal justice system through community service, education, mentorship and networking; building meaningful bridges between BIPOC vulnerable populations and law enforcement.
