PDAA SERVES TO ASSIST AND ACCELERATE INSTITUTIONS IN ACHIEVING THE GOAL OF DOUBLING THE NUMBER OF AFRICANS CONNECTED TO THE INTERNET TO 1 BILLION BY 2030.
