Cotton Bottom Diaper Bank OUR MISSION The Cotton Bottom Diaper Bank is Palm Beach Countys first free standing diaper bank. Our mission is to end diaper need by providing a consistent supply of free diapers wipes pottytraining kits and other essentials to Partner Agencies that serve underserved families in Palm Beach County. OUR PURPOSE Diapers arent basic theyre essential. Diaper need is an inadequate supply of diapers and wipes to keep a baby clean healthy and dry.
