Home Who We Are The Affordable Housing Investors Council promotes the equity investors voice and perspective in the unique LowIncome Housing Tax Credit LIHTC partnership. It provides educational opportunities for investors and a forum to learn and share their insights on issues facing the field. Through these activities and the creation of industry best practices we seek to preserve and strengthen the housing credit as an efficient and effective tool for developing affordable housing.
