ASY is a newly formed organization striving to improve the knowledge of Yoga in the community by focusing on Biomechanics and alignments in poses and benefits of different breathing techniques Pranayama improving internal focusconcentration through Meditation. We want to make Yoga available to everyone through our in person and online classes. And spread the knowledge of science behind Yoga through our regular workshops.
