Our biggest recipient is the Lahaina Complex After School TO PROVIDE SERVICES, PRODUCTS, AND ASSISTANCE, FINANCIAL AND OTHERWISE, TO SUBSTANDARD EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS AND THEIR RESPECTIVE STUDENTS, AS EVIDENCED BY UNDERFUNDING, POOR STUDENT ACHIEVEMENT AND EDUCATIONAL TEST SCORES, LOW GRADUATION RATES, ETC.
