Shelter for the Homeless | Safety & Stability | Hermiston Changing the lives of people experiencing homelessness. Our vision as an organization is to create a community where all individuals have a safe place to shelter and have access to supports necessary to create stability. ATTENTIONOur shuttle picks up guests each evening at 11th and Poplar outside of the COPES building at 615pm. Checkin for the Sleep Center begins each evening at 630pm.
