We are excited to announce that Juan Silva will be joining our staff as a Full-Time Director, bringing with him a strong background in player development and program leadership. . In his new role, Juan will oversee all administrative responsibilities for our ECNL and ECNL-RL teams, ensuring smooth operations and compliance across the board. Additionally, he will serve as the Girls Nero Program Director, guiding the growth and performance of players within that platform. . Juan holds a USSF B License as well as multiple specialized certifications in goalkeeping, strength and conditioning, and speed and agility. His diverse expertise will be a tremendous asset to our coaching staff and to the development of our athletes. . Olly Frick, Girls Director of Coaching, shared his excitement about the hire: . “We’re thrilled to add Juan to our already talented group of staff.
