Our good friend, Mandy Cote McElwee , started us a GoFundMe to help rebuild. We will not be able to take in any new animals until we get repairs done 😔. I did manage to save every single critter we have from the EF 4 tornado that hit us. I road it out with the critters. But now, I had to send my critters to other rehabbers while we try to get repairs done and we don’t have electricity right now. I feel like I’ve abandoned my babies and I need them back asap. PLEASE help if you can, please read the description of our need and why. Please share and explain to people and friends why it’s so very important that we get our doors back open to these critters with no other choice. Unlike helping domestics, it is illegal for anyone to care for wildlife animals without proper permits. We need to get back to helping these critters. It’s full of baby season right now so please help. We are also in need of fill dirt, top soil and gravel. If anyone would like to donate their time to help rebuild, we are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit public charity corporation and completely tax deductible. Please pray for us and our neighbors as this is the worst tornado to hit Kentucky. 19 people lost their life, 2 of them was my next door neighbors 😭 and we’re expecting more bad storms on the same path tonight.
