We save homeless dogs that need help the most dogs whose time has run out the dogs who have lost all hope the forsaken dogs. Oklahoma Ruff Refuge is a 501c3 nonprofit K9 refuge sanctuary. We are dedicated to rescuing homeless dogs from high kill rural shelters. Pets that suffer from abuse neglect and indifference.
