Restored Citizens is a Christ centered nonprofit organization based out of Dyersburg Tennessee aimed at reaching out to exoffenders as they begin the process of reentering various communities in West Tennessee. Mission The organizations main mission is focused on restoring the rights of the individuals that have paid their debt to society and are now trying to become productive citizens in their workforce churches and communities.
