In little towns all over Arkansas, sanctuaries and animal rescues suffer, and so many people don’t know about it.  For example, this rescue in Mena allowed us to use a small portion of their property for some of our dogs until our property is ready after we encountered an emergency. In the meantime, we didn’t realize just how much it cost this rescue every week in feeding alone, not including vet care. We have provided all the food we can, but now we are out. Very soon, we will be moving our dogs from here to our new property, but leaving behind yet another struggling rescue. This is heartbreaking. All of it is so heartbreaking. 💔 🚨 If you would like to help, here are our critical needs: 1: Dog food for the rescue in Mena (Help us, help them) 🙏 2: Contributions towards us pouring a concrete slab at the new property, putting a roof over the kennels, helping us with our septic and electric. We are trying to be practical and realistic. Nova was found wandering the streets and after accepting some treats from a nice lady, she couldnt just leave her behind. Never had any luck finding where she came from. Nova loves everyone! Great with kids. She loves to lay on the bed and snuggle with you. She is housetrainned and very smart! We don’t know her exact age, but is definitely a young adult girl. She is on the smaller size. Nova loves to crawl in your lap and be held. She has done well with other dogs with slow introductions. Nova will be a wonderful addition to someone’s family. She will be fixed soon and ready to go.
