The League offers Core Placements, Event Placements, and Difference in a Day projects, which involve volunteer commitments that range from ongoing support to one-day events.
- Fundraising Events: The organization is well-known for hosting the Sugar Plum Market, a large holiday shopping event that features vendors from across Texas and benefits charities in Fort Bend County. One hundred percent of the proceeds from this event go to local nonprofit organizations.
- Scholarships: FBJSL awards scholarships annually, including the New Beginnings Scholarship for women returning to education and the Volunteer Scholarship for female high school seniors who have demonstrated outstanding community service.
