Care365 is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization founded in September 2018 by Michael and Kenyatta Henderson. The organization focuses on supporting grandparents who are raising their grandchildren due to changes in family dynamics, such as the absence of a parent, chronic illness, incarceration, or mental illness.

Mission

Care365 operates under the model of Connect ∙ Assist ∙ Refer ∙ Educate (C.A.R.E.), which emphasizes connecting grandparents with community resources, providing financial assistance, referring grandparents to relevant services, and educating them to ensure long-term self-sufficiency. The organization offers emergency financial assistance for expenses like mortgages, rent, and utilities once a year to eligible grandparents residing in Dallas and surrounding counties.
