We cultivate female experts through higher education, mentorship and practical work experience. Doyenne Initiative's mission is to positively impact women around the world, elevating them to an expert level in their field. Doyenne Initiative cultivates talented women to enable them to fill leadership positions in industry, academia, government and beyond. Our focus in on developing women who are educated and 2+ years of working experience through fellowship providing them with higher education in specialized fields that are needed in the marketplace. In addition to supporting Doyenne Fellows in preparation, application and financial support to obtain post-graduate degrees, we also provide high-level mentorship and work experience, culminating in post-graduation technical and leadership development in partnership with leading companies and assistance in placement in leadership roles.
