Investment Management DUMAC is a professionally staffed organization with approximately 55 employees working in collaboration with 291 investment advisory firms and partnerships to achieve its investment objectives. DUMACs primary responsibility is to manage Duke Universitys endowment assets. In addition to managing Dukes endowment DUMAC also manages the universitys defined benefit pension plan assets Duke University Health Systems investments and much of the universitys working capital.
