To promote physical, mental and spiritual well being through the ancient art of Yoga. In particular to use the methods developed by B K S Iyengar to promote the teaching and philosophy of yoga, through classes, workshops and seminars; to disseminate knowledge of yoga as it applies to specific conditions such as multiple sclerosis and body alignment.
