We are striving to not only create empowering and support programs for those in the Rare disease community but to utilize our advocacy and education programs to help raise awareness within the community as how to best create inclusive programs for people of varying ABILITIES. This includes interactive STEAM Awareness programs for youth to integrated platforms increasing communication between the medical community & patient advocates with a focus on Patient centered programs. We serve the RARE community with array of educational programs including but not limited to Medical & Self-advocacy, Mindfulness & Guided breath work, support groups and adaptive creative programs.
