Totes to Tots Inc. Foster children are not disposable. Help by giving them a sense of dignity. Our History Since 2002 we have partnered with the Georgia Department of Human Services DHS Division of Family and Children Services DFCS. We have collected and distributed over 84000 ageappropriate totes and essential care items to more than 10000 foster children within Georgias foster care system.
