Firefighter Rescue Network Firefighter Rescue Network The Firefighter Rescue Network A 501c nonprofit supporting first responders and the communities they serve. Dedicated to empowering emergency responders and the communities they serve The Mobile Rescue Center MRC of the State Emergency Services of Ukraine is the national Urban Search and Rescue USAR team dedicated to rescuing victims trapped in building collapses. Certified by the United Nations International Search and Rescue Advisory Group INSARAG as a heavy rescue team in 2014 and recertified in 2019 the MRC has an incredible resource of highly trained rescuers but lacks sufficient equipment to address the catastrophic conditions brought on by the Russian invasion. The Firefighter Rescue Network is currently working to supply the specialized equipment needed to leverage the expertise of the MRC rescuers.
