Veterinary Services Where love compassion and medicine meet to build a stronger human-pet bond SAINT’s mission is to improve the lives of animals through service programs and education. Our Purpose and Objectives include: Offer a low cost voucher program for area residents to spay and neuter their pets. Help area residents afford life-saving emergency vet care for their pets if the situation arises through the use of the Pet Medical Emergency Fund. Rehome adoptable pets and keep those we can out of shelters by using a network of foster homes. Educate area school children on how to properly care for a pet through our educational outreach program, based on the Pet Education Project, founded by Erica Falbaum.
