Mucinous Ovarian Cancer Coalition Every year 22000 women in the United States receive the frightening diagnosis of ovarian cancer. Of those 3 to 5 will have a rare form called mucinous adenocarcinoma of the ovary most often referred to as mucinous ovarian cancer. Because it is so unique comparatively few resources have been devoted to developing effective treatments or finding a cure. The allvolunteer team at the Mucinous Ovarian Cancer Coalition MOCC is committed to changing that.
