Solving Teen Homelessness | Umatt3r | United States Why UMATT3R Blog Shop Resources On a single night in 2019 35038 unaccompanied youth were counted as homeless in the United States. With COVID19 and now inflation the war and rising costs at home the need is ever growing and UMATT3R has a have a viable sustainable solution. We are looking for strategic partnerships to launch the first UMATT3R Pilot Program for 3040 youth by 20252026. Current issue we met with the city of Chicago presented our research and got to the highest level of government to attempt to build a solution that would help stem the bleed of over 312M a month that the city is spending.
