We are honored to present and celebrate the Rotary Rose Parade Float Outwalker representing District 5240, District Governor Mike Dutra (2025โ26). Mike joined the Rotary Club of Westlake Village in 2017 and served as the clubโs President in 2021/2022 and 2022/2023. Mikeโs positions in the club have varied from Vocations, Membership, and Marketing Chairs and was the Districts Interact Chair for two years.
