THE MISSION OF WISE YOUNG BUILDERS IS TO EMABRACE THE VALUE, VIABILITY & PERCEPTION OF STEM TRADES BY USE OF PROJECT-BASED LEARNING TO EMPOWER UNDER-SERVED YOUTH TO LEARN MATH AND PRACTICAL SKILLS. WE DO THIS BY OFFERING HANDS ON WORKSHOPS AND SMALL GROUP MATH-FOCUSED INSTRUCTION DURING OUT OF SCHOOL TIME. THIS FURTHERS THE GOAL THAT YOU ARE ABLE TO IMPROVE MATH SKILLS, UNDERSTAND CONSTRUCTION IN THEIR LIVES, CONNECT TO ENTREPRENEURSHIP, HOBBIES, CONTINUED EDUCATION, COLLEGE & CAREERS. WE OFFER SUMMER, OUT OF SCHOOL AND AFTERSCHOOL PROGRAMMING, AS WELL AS INTERACTIVE PROGRAMS LIKE TOOLFEST AND FIELD TRIPS TO ENGAGE YOUTH DURING SPECIFIC SEASONS OF THE YEAR.
