Artists Standing Strong Together
Artists Standing Strong Together (ASST, “assist”) was founded at the onset of the Covid-19 pandemic to provide critical support for independent performing artists including online educational programs, virtual performance opportunities, and small grants funding. Because of the online nature of our organization, we have built a vibrant community of artists and audience members across many previously held boundaries: geographic, cultural, economic, age, gender identity, language, and more. As a young organization, ASST is intentionally dynamic and dedicated to serving the changing needs of our diverse community.
