3 Doctors On A Mission to Revolutionize Mentoring for Underrepresented Youth Career accelerator connecting ambitious students with personal mentors, scholarships, job opportunities, and community. Pulse of Perseverance is a non-profit organization whose mission is to empower and inspire underrepresented youth by giving them tangible resources for success. Since 2018, our organization has been working to combat systemic inequities through speaking, writing, mentorship, career exposure, and awarding monthly scholarships. We create social impact by providing avenues to successful careers for underrepresented children of color, breaking down socioeconomic barriers, and connecting mentees with mentors who look like them in STEM, finance, entrepreneurship, and law.
