Sutter County Community Action Agency (SCCAA) is a local private non-profit organization that carries out the Community Action Program. THE AGENCY'S MISSION IS TO PROVIDE AN AVENUE FOR LOCAL GOVERNMENT, PRIVATE AGENCIES AND INDIVIDUALS TO SERVE THE NEEDS OF SUTTER COUNTY'S LOW-INCOME RESIDENTS.
