Friends of Animal Services
(Antioch) Friends of Animal Services is a charitable non-profit animal welfare organization founded in 1979 as a support group for the City of Antioch Animal Services in Antioch, CA for the express purpose of guaranteeing the people of Antioch a humane and comprehensive animal services program with an emphasis on a quality animal shelter and maximum responsible adoption of animals. We also assist in providing supplies and medical care, beyond budgetary constraints of the shelter, to make animals whole for adoption and we sponsor adoption fees at various times to help encourage adoptions in our community. Our organization is 100% volunteer driven.
