Dumpster Cat Rescue League Who Are The We are an allvolunteer group dedicated to helping homeless kittens and cats. Collectively we have helped rescue and find homes for over 1200 kittens and catsand have spayed and neutered over 1500 cats. Dumpster Cats Rescue League is a 501c3 nonprofit organization since 2004. OUR MISSION is to save the lives of cats and kittens by preventing more from being born.
