Howard's Heart

Follow Message Edit

Howard's Heart supports Portland’s teens in foster care! Teens tell us what they need and we connect them with a community that cares. Requests can be anything from camp fees to deodorant. We do not assume that we know what these youth need. They ask, and we do what we can to help.
