HIGICC - Home The Hawaii Geographic Information Coordinating Council HIGICC is a private nonprofit 501c3 organization consisting of members of Hawaiis geospatial community. Our goal is to provide coordination of geospatial activities among a wide range of users in order to avoid duplication of effort promote data sharing and maintain data standards throughout the state.
