Our Mission The New Jersey Tutoring Corps is a group of committed, visionary educators devoted to growing young minds and strengthening teaching and learning through high-dosage tutoring experiences, while growing an educator pipeline. Our Vision Our vision is for every young scholar to have access to the academic and social/emotional support that they need in order to be successful learners. Our Theory of Action Our theory of action is focused on providing high-quality, high-dosage tutoring utilizing the skills of educators at all stages of the career continuum. As we grow scholar skills, we are also growing an educator and leader pipeline.
