HHAC is a nonprofit, non-partisan organization that represents home health, home care and hospice agencies across all 64 counties in Colorado. The Home Care & Hospice Association of Colorado is the voice of Colorado's home health, hospice, personal care and private duty providers. To advocate for the hospice concept of care and to serve as a voice and resource for its hospice Provider Members.

As a nonprofit nonpartisan association we provide leadership and information to aid members in addressing the changing home care and hospice environment. We advocate on behalf of members at the state and national level to promote the interests of the home care and hospice industry for the benefits of the consumers they serve. Through the HHAC Learning Center we also provide continuing education for members.
