Our Mission The Hugs Kisses Animal Fund is a privately funded California 501 c 3 nonprofit trust dedicated to the financial support of humane organizations. Our mission is to be the outsourced fundraising arm for small animal rescue organizations for which a staff fundraising person is unfeasible and for which other financial resources are unavailable. EIN 954549031 Goals The Hugs and Kisses Fund consists of a group of community leaders concerned about the growing inability of our Humane Heroes and rescue organizations to provide care and shelter in todays trying economic times. The Fund focuses its grants on supporting the health and welfare of all animals including but not limited to organizations charged with population control providing training for use in therapy support of persons with disabilities as well as organizations involved in shelter rehabilitation and placement in good homes.
