We are a low cost spay and neuter clinic located in Morgantown, West Virginia! The mission of SNIP WV is to reduce the large number of feral and homeless cats and shelter animals through low cost and no cost spay and neuter surgeries that are accessible to the public, local rescues, voucher programs, and county shelters. It is also our mission to reduce the euthanasia rates in north central West Virginia county shelters.
