Meow or Never An Atlanta nonprofit focused on TNR trapneuterreturn community cat care Meow or Never is a Georgia 501c3 nonprofit organizationthat works to help the stray and feral cats and kittens of Atlanta through humane TNR trapneuterreturn or adoption into loving homes when returning or relocating is not possible. As an allvolunteer group we are also dedicated to community outreach and education promoting lowcost spayneuter programs readily available for domestic and community cats. We also sponsor spayneuters for owned pets both cats and dogs. Community cats are outdoor unowned cats who are often called feral cats or stray cats.
