The Ness Counseling Center, Inc is a non-profit, non-sectarian outpatient counseling service agency that provides a full range of life enhancing services, including, but not limited to, individual and family counseling, drug and alcohol treatment (DEJ, PC 1000 and PROP 36) programs, drug assessments and testing, parenting classes, monitored exchange and visitation, domestic violence/anger management group sessions, and hate crime educational classes in the greater Los Angeles area
