Children of deceased MPA members who were in good standing at the time of their death are also eligible. Students must be enrolled or actively attending college to be eligible may only be awarded a scholarship Law Enforcement Appreciation Day First Responder Appreciation Day is coming up on January 19th at The Mullins Center Umass is inviting First Responders throughout Massachusetts to join them Doors will open at 100 pm and Tipoff will be at 200 pm.
