A nonprofit organization focused on leadership development for middle school girls! Learning Everyday Accomplishing Dreams (LEAD) Girls is dedicated to providing the tools and resources that low-income/at-risk preteen girls must have to become productive citizens and active leaders in their communities. We envision a world where every girl has the confidence, social skills and leadership ability she needs to become an independent, financially-stable woman.

Welcome to LEAD Girls of NC - LEAD Girls of NC LEAD Program Our girls leadership program is a structured multisession series for middle school girls ages 11 to 15. Summer Fashion Camp Girls learn to craft their designs launch a fashion business and rip the runway at WinstonSalem Fashion Week. Girls Rising Expo Girls and their parentsguardians gather for a funfilled day of learning sharing and future planning.
