Our purpose is to support and promote community development and capacity building that improve health and education. Our Story Sikkoo Mandoo is organized for the mutual benefit and betterment of community members in the diaspora and in Oromia. Our purpose is to support and promote community development and capacity building that improve health and education. One of the Sikkoo Mandoo CommunityMinnesota Objective is Coordinate support and work on the African Refugee Resettlement and Integration Program ARRIP by partnering with relevant organizations and government offices to ease the suffering during the transition.
