Our Mission Our mission is to aid and empower the communities of Toms River and Ocean County by fostering an attitude of universal equity and justice to fulfill individual family and community needs. Maslows hierarchy of needs serves as a reminder that we must prioritize the essential needs such as food clean water and housing of all humans everywhere in order to establish wellbeing and equanimity around the world.
