A published author passionate about mental health, men’s ministries, legos, fitness, and pursuing God. The Defeat Suicide Foundation is dedicated to providing hope and help for those struggling with mental health challenges and suicide prevention. Although we help anyone in need, our primary focus groups are youth & teens, veterans & active duty warriors, and first responders. We exist to encourage, inform, inspire, and invest directly into the lives, treatment, & recovery. We aid those seeking healing and restoration from mental illness, trauma, and addiction. We provide resources, educational services, prayer support, online communities, and referrals all over the country.
