Project Transitions Housing Hospice Care for People Living With HIV Housing Care for People Living with HIV Proudly Serving Central Texas Since 1989 We are the only direct provider of housing for people living with HIV in Central Texas. OUR MISSION Project Transitions is dedicated to serving people with HIV by providing housing comprehensive support services recuperative care and hospice in compassionate and caring environments. When people with HIV have stable housing their health improves medical costs go down and the further spread of HIV is prevented. Our services improve individual outcomes and community health.

Project Transitions Inc
Today, on October 10, we observe World Homeless Day; a global initiative dedicated to raising awareness about homelessness and advocating for solutions to prevent and end it. Since its inception in 2010, this day has united communities worldwide to reflect on the challenges faced by those without stable housing and to promote efforts that alleviate their suffering. Purple is the color of Homelessness Awareness, a reminder to stand with those without consistent housing.
