This corporation is a nonprofit religious corporation and is not organized for the private gain of any person. It is organized under the Nonprofit Religious Corporation Law primarily for religious purposes. The specific purposes for which this corporation is organized are to foster and promote options and opportunities in the San Joaquin Valley: for affordable housing; individual and environmental health; family-supporting employment; effective public education; relevant workforce skill and entrepreneurial enterprise development; safe neighborhoods and public spaces; reliable mass transit and other transportation; proximate public services, recreation, and open space; fair and equitable treatment of individuals in all interactions, engagements, and transactions; and freedom for religious, spiritual, personal, cultural, and artistic expression.
